Today we're going back in time to when I was driving down the street CRAVING a burrito. The problem is - it was only 9 a.m. and I had already had breakfast and two bottles of water! So why did I want a burrito SOOOOO BADLY?!!! Well, I'm gonna tell you HOW I figured out what was REALLY going on, and how I stopped myself from eating that burrito...and you can do it too!
