Episode Notes

I want you to meet our WLS friend Kelly, who was carrying around 65 pounds of regain- 6 years after her surgery.

And heads up pre-op and early post-op WLS patients...this episode is for you too!

Kelly told me WHY she believed she had regained 65 pounds over the last few years, AND what she thought she needed in her life so she could take the weight off.

Maybe this is what you think you need in your life too!

"If I only had XXXXXX, I could deal with this regain / reach my goal weight!"

But it's not true.

That traditional method for dealing with your excess weight, it's not the answer to your weight loss problem.

Your answer isn't "out there".

So let's get started!

And if you're not in the Fresh Approach WLS Facebook group, it's time to join me! There are 3 quick questions to answer before you can be added. Click here to join the group!
